The Greater Sacramento Area USBC Association's Purpose is to:
- Promote the sport of bowling within the guidelines specified
by the United States Bowling Congress.
- Encourage participation in sanctioned events.
- Promote sportsmanship and competitiveness.
- Enforce the rules of the sport.
- Represent the associations bowlers.
- Conduct an annual Open Championship Tournament, a Women's Championship
Tournament and a Youth Championship Tournament.
- Work with the owners and management of all Bowling Centers.
